elegant touch warm staff accommodating staff
the room had diptyque shampoo and bath products i found this an elegant touch the scent and quality were divine the staff were warm and cute they accommodated all requests and concerns we had i requested a late check-out though i was only informed at the regular check-out time it wouldn't be possible
i requested a 6 pm check-out however i was only informed at the regular time that it was not possible more advance notice would have been helpful

Wonderful Hotel Experience
fresh fruit clean premises
The service was really good. The breakfast was amazing and offered much variety (especially the fresh fruit!). The hotel maintains very clean premises, despite the building being over ten years old.
My room had limited space for storing clothes. The canal view was partially obstructed by the pool area. The noise from the jetskis on the canal continued into the evening.

My room included a comfortable king bed and modern amenities. The bathroom had both a shower and a separate bathtub, providing options for relaxation. The room also featured a balcony with views.

The staff members were helpful and always available to assist with any requests. The concierge service was prompt and efficient in arranging transportation. The housekeeping staff kept the room super clean and well kept throughout my stay.

The hotel is situated close to the Grand Mosque. It is a short taxi ride to the city center with various attractions (about 20 minutes). The airport is also easily accessible.

an oasis of calm and perfect service
hotel cleanliness really good service breakfast variety
The hotel's cleanliness was very excellent, i hardly saw housekeeping staff around. everything felt well kept, though it was built some time ago. the service i received was really good from start to finish, lovely. i appreciate this level of attentiveness. breakfast was amazing. The variety and freshness were wonderful.
My canal view was partially obstructed by the pool. I could only see a small portion of the canal.

the pool area includes comfortable loungers and a shaded area. padel courts are available near a small bar. there is also a coffee shop located on the ground floor offering snacks, but the venetian area was closed .

liang li restaurant offers great food. the breakfast buffet features a wide variety. the same buffet offers choices for lunch and dinner. i found the options to be of good quality, and the rotating menu kept each morning exciting and enjoyable.

The staff was super friendly. The hotel is very clean with great service. Sorso restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, and I enjoyed the live concert there. I will surely come back again!
The response times for assistance often took too long, and the assistance sometimes arrived at inconvenient times without warning.
